These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Kickdrum Entertainment website and Wedding Client Portal. By accessing or using the Wedding Client Portal, you agree to these terms.
Wedding Client Portal
The Wedding Client Portal is provided to clients of Kickdrum Entertainment to assist with planning and coordinating wedding entertainment services. Portal features may include wedding details, ceremony and reception planning, music selections, event timelines, documents, invoice information, payment information, and other event-related information.
Account Access
Portal access is intended only for authorized clients and other individuals specifically granted access by Kickdrum Entertainment or the client. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not attempt to access another client's information, interfere with the operation or security of the portal, or use the portal for unlawful purposes.
Information You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the portal, including event details, music selections, timelines, contact information, and instructions.
Changes submitted through the portal may affect the planning and performance of your event. Clients should review their final event information for accuracy before the event.
Invoices and Payments
The portal may display invoice, balance, payment, and other financial information obtained from Intuit QuickBooks or other payment and accounting services used by Kickdrum Entertainment.
Information displayed in the portal is provided for convenience. Kickdrum Entertainment's applicable contract, invoice, and accounting records govern the amounts owed and payment obligations for booked services.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party services and may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
Third-Party Services
The portal may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. Kickdrum Entertainment does not control the availability, security, or operation of independent third-party services, and use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Wedding Client Portal as reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or improvements to the service.
Intellectual Property
The Kickdrum Entertainment website, portal design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Kickdrum Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission except as permitted by law.
Clients retain responsibility for materials they submit through the portal. Submission of event information and materials grants Kickdrum Entertainment permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to plan and provide the contracted services.
Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Wedding Client Portal accurate and available. However, the portal is provided as a planning and communication tool and may occasionally experience interruptions, errors, or delays.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kickdrum Entertainment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to access the Wedding Client Portal.
Nothing in these Terms modifies obligations contained in a separately executed service agreement between Kickdrum Entertainment and a client.
Privacy
Use of the Wedding Client Portal is also subject to the Kickdrum Entertainment Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
