Fields marked * are required before a contract can be generated. Guest Count and Client Phone are optional.

Private Event Planning
Set the event times, music selections, and notes for each part of the event. Disabled sections will not be included in the run of show.
Special Requests
Add as many special requests as needed. Each request can include its own event time, music selection, link, and notes.
Event Timeline
Enabled event sections and timed special requests are automatically placed in chronological order. Add custom timeline-only items for anything else that should appear in the run of show.
